Terms:
In order to receive the refund you must provide us proof in one of the ways listed:
1) $end us your TikTok or instagram account of you using the fragrance and testing it out at least 10times for the 30 day time frame.
2) Multiple photos or reels showing that you sprayed the fragrance on and tested it out more than 10times in a 30 day time frame.

We are proud to allow our customers to have 7 days after their order has been delivered to reach outabout their concerns and questions. We understand that during shipment, things happen! BUT, if yourorder is past 7 days of delivery, there is nothing our team can do to assist you with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damagedor if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return isaccepted,make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have theright to cancel or return vour order within 14 davs, for any reason and without a justification. As aboveyour item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in itsoriginal packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
